The ETC 18 registration fee includes:
- Participation in all scientific sessions
- Congress bag with all congress materials
- Access to the exhibition areas
- Access to the welcome reception, gala dinner, and closing ceremony.
- Coffe breaks and meals throughout the congress

ETC18 understands that circumstances can change. At any point before the conference, you are welcome to contact us at et18@upv.es to nominate a substitute attendee at no extra charge. A monetary difference will apply if the substitute attendee does not qualify for the assigned registration type.
- Cancellation more than or equal to 45 days before the conference: 100% refund less an administration fee of €50
- Cancellation less than 45days and more than 30 days before the meeting : 50% refund
- Cancellation 30 days or less: No refund
